1. General
By attending classes, booking a trial, or becoming a member, you agree to these terms.
2. Free trial classes
• All new students may be offered a free trial class
• Trials must be booked in advance
• Availability may vary depending on class capacity
3. Starter packages
• Starter packages are a one-time purchase
• They include equipment and a set period of training (as described at the time of purchase)
• Starter packages are non-refundable once used
4. Memberships
• Memberships are billed monthly via direct debit
• Options include one class per week or unlimited training
• Membership gives access to the ClubRight app for booking and managing sessions
5. Cancellations
• Memberships can be cancelled at any time
• Any required notice period will be explained at sign-up
• Payments already taken are non-refundable
6. Attendance and conduct
• Members are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and other students
• Unsafe behaviour may result in being asked to leave a session
- Repeated issues may result in membership being cancelled
Trial and class attendance
• If you can’t attend your session, please let us know in advance
• We’re happy to reschedule your class to another time
• Repeated missed bookings without notice may limit future bookings

7. Health and safety
• You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to train
• Inform your coach of any injuries or health conditions before training
• Participation is at your own risk
8. Personal belongings
• Alento BJJ Lichfield is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to the gym
9. Changes to classes and pricing
• Class times and coaching staff may change when needed
• Membership pricing may be updated with reasonable notice
